Travel Check-List
Are you ready to join the ranks of runners at 5,500ft above sea level on an African Wildlife Conservancy, raising critical funds used to support conservation projects across Kenya?
As we approach this unique event there are some key travel elements to ensure you are prepared for your journey:
Passports, Kenyan e-Visas & Covid Policy
1. Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the date you depart Kenya.
2. All travellers over the age of 16 require a visa. A digital visa must be obtained before your departure to Kenya as they are no longer issued on arrival.
3. Please apply for your Kenyan visa on the e-visa website following THESE instructions.
4. As part of the visa application you will be required to upload a copy of your itinerary which can be found below. Please download the itinerary relevant to your accommodation on Lewa:

5. Covid Policy: Whilst passengers are now no longer required to present a COVID-19 test results or vaccination certificate on arrival, any travellers arriving with flu-like symptoms will be required to undergo a Rapid Antigen test at a cost of US$ 30pp per test. Test results are available approximately 15minutes after sample collection. Travellers who receive a positive result will be required to undergo a mandatory RT-PCR test, at a cost of US$50pp per test.

What to Pack?
Please go through our suggested Packing List, mindful of the 15kg luggage limit per person and the need to travel with soft sided suitcases.

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance. Check the policy details for specific conditions and exclusions to ensure you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances that force you to cancel before your departure.
