Cavas Wine Lodge
Cavas Wine Lodge was one of the first Lodges of its kind in South America, blessed by the natural beauty of Mendoza, an idyllic wine growing region at the foot of the Andes.
Cavas Wine Lodge is located in Alto Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo, a 30 minute drive South of Mendoza city and only 45 minutes away from Mendoza airport.
On a 22-hectare vineyard at the foot of the Andes, this upscale lodge with a contemporary vibe prides itself on understated elegance with discreet service, privacy and refined comfort, and features a private wine cellar stocked with Argentina’s finest labels.
Featuring private decks with views of the Andes, each luxurious and sleekly decorated room offers free Wi-Fi, a minibar and natural stone bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower, plunge pool, and living room with wood-burning fireplace. The villas add kitchenettes, sofa beds and outdoor hot tubs, as well as open-air dining areas.
Other amenities include a chic restaurant, serving a menu of high quality, locally sourced and creative dishes. There is also an outdoor pool and a spa offering treatments that combine local products using grape seed extract. Children age 12 and over are welcome at the lodge.
Guests can visit the many exclusive boutique wineries in the area. Over 25 top wineries are located around Cavas Wine Lodge and are easily accessible. Right from their room doors, guests can also ride horses in between the vineyards, and take a picnic to make a day of it and enjoy nature at its fullest. Other activities include zip lining, hikes, bike rides and white water rafting.
