Singita Grumeti’s five accommodation options are some of the finest in East Africa, with Singita’s stamp of five star luxury and the highest levels of service and guiding. Found on top of the hill, with sweeping views of the plains below, Singita Sasakwa Lodge is the most sumptuous, comprising nine suites and one villa, styled as colonial manor houses, with fireplaces, antique bath tubs, wrap-around veranda and private plunge pools. Between game drives, guests can take tea in the garden sunroom, shoot billiards on a nineteenth-century table, and other diversions include an archery range, tennis courts and fabulous spa.
Below on the seemingly endless open plains, the reinvented Sabora Tented Camp offers a visionary new course for luxury adventures under canvas. The tents are pared-back interpretations of traditional safari style, ensuring life under canvas is light, modern & elegant. Singita Faru Faru Lodge overlooks a natural waterhole in the tree line of the Grumeti River. The nine stone, canvas and thatched suites (including a family suite and a 2-bedroom villa) have the air of a classic safari camp, yet the interiors offer the ultimate in contemporary chic with panoramic glass windows and light woods, inspiring a sense of wellbeing. Singita Serengeti House is an exclusive-use retreat with four magnificent suites, or for those with a mind for adventure, Singita Explore is a private use mobile camp, set up on a request basis for a maximum of 12 guests, aiming to get guests as close as possible to the famed Great Wildebeest Migration, but in Singita’s signature style of comfort.
