Coming Soon: The Exceptional Cycling Tour of Namibia
Join us on a once-in-a-lifetime exploration of Namibia's deserts and bushlands. With exclusive use of state-of-the-art bikes as well as the comfort of 4x4 land cruisers, we will take you on a journey of Namibia unlike any other.
This exclusive tour takes begins in the Etosha Heights National Reserve in Northern Namibia. Explore vast flat savannah interspersed with thickets of mopane woodland, riverine forest and scattered salt pans. The dolomite hills offer cover for elusive mountain zebra, kudu and lion, and the numerous waterholes attract large numbers of game and birds. The reserve is also home to numerous species of antelope including sable and black-faced impala, as well as giraffe and other plains game.
From here, a combination of road transfers and bikes rides takes us into the wilds of Kaokoland. In a country jam-packed with vast, spectacularly beautiful landscapes, Kaokoland may just be the most incredible of them all. Deep in north-western Namibia, the area is a melee of towering mountains, sand dunes and huge expanses of desert, scattered with unique wildlife and nomadic Himba settlements. It’s also one of Namibia’s most remote and wild environments and one that not many will get the chance to discover in a lifetime. After a long day cycling through some of the most incredible scenery arrive into your very own exclusive luxury mobile camp.
Finally, head towards the Hoarusib Riverbed by bike. Wildlife abounds and there might be the opportunity to spot rhino along the way. Travelling via the Okongwe Springs, a pretty oasis in the midst of the vast desert-scapes you will ride towards the Skeleton Coast National Park. Get your hands on some exciting dune cycling as you traverse the beautiful white sand dunes of the Skeleton Coast National Park. Here you will spend your final nights in Namibia at Shipwreck Lodge for a full day of adventure on this wild and rugged coastline.
The full itinerary will be announced soon and please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you would like to be the first to hear about this unique journey.
