Following the recent removal of the blanket FCO advice against all non-essential travel, there at last appears to be a glimmer of light at the end of the COVID travel tunnel.

The effect of the coronavirus has undoubtedly been the biggest challenge we have ever faced. However, in keeping with our core values, we have maintained our focus to provide the best possible service to you; in navigating this uncertain landscape and ensuring we are part of solution to the myriad issues which have arisen surrounding your travel plans.

We have been bowled over by your understanding, patience, kindness, support and loyalty throughout this period and hope that our efforts in the worst of times have demonstrated our dedication to serving you in the better times to come. As we therefore emerge into our ‘new normal’, we hope to continue to be your tour operator of choice, the specialist you are proud to travel with, trust and recommend.

Logically, we must move forward at a measured pace but with restrictions beginning to relax, we are delighted to find ourselves already working on those future trips which we can once again enjoy planning with confidence.

Being a small firm of experts, we pride ourselves on our personal relationships with our handpicked hotels, lodges and partners on the ground, all of whom have adapted and become more flexible with their terms and conditions to accommodate any potential amendments that we might naturally have to face in light of COVID. We appreciate that now, more than ever, you require extra confidence and assurances surrounding your plans, so measures are in place to both protect your booking and to make your travels as safe as possible. While a number of elements may look a little unfamiliar for some time ahead, our commitment to your Exceptional experience remains unwavering.
